Returns are accepted according to our Terms and Conditions listed below.
Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving them. The Buyer is responsible for the shipping costs to return the item(s) to us. Prepaid shipping labels will not be provided or return shipping costs refunded.

Items must be returned undamaged, unused, unwashed and unstained and must be returned in their original packaging, including any additional accessories (dustbag, cover, etc.).
All returned items must have the security seal attached and intact.
We recommend that Buyers place the items in a separate packing box from the box containing the items, on which the Seller's address will be reported.
The Seller reserves the right to verify full compliance with the above conditions and items that do not comply with them will not be accepted and/or refunded.

LIMITED EDITION PRODUCTS AND OTHER SELECTED PRODUCTS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN.

Limited edition products, other select products, used or non-new items or items without tags attached will be returned to the Buyer at the Buyer's expense.
Refunds for items that correctly comply with our Terms and Conditions will be issued within 7 working days following the date of receipt by the Seller of the returned items from the buyer.
