Items purchased on our e-shop can be returned exclusively within 14 days from the date of receipt of the same. The Buyer bears the shipping costs to return the item/items he/she intends to return.

Prepaid shipping labels or return shipping costs will not be provided.

Items must be returned undamaged, unused, unwashed and unstained and must be shipped in their original packaging, including any additional accessories (dust bag, cover, etc.).

All returned items must have the security seal attached and intact; otherwise the return cannot be accepted.

We recommend that Buyers place the items in a packaging box other than the sales box containing the items, on which the Seller's address will then be reported.

The Seller reserves the right to verify full compliance with the above conditions; items that do not comply with the same will not be accepted and/or refunded.

LIMITED EDITION PRODUCTS AND OTHER SELECTED PRODUCTS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN.

NB. All types of perfumes and/or air fresheners of various types are not returnable and therefore any returns received will not be accepted.

In conclusion: limited edition products, other selected products, perfumes and/or air fresheners, used items, not in new condition or without the original labels attached will be returned to the Buyer at his expense.

Refunds for items that correctly comply with our Terms and Conditions will be issued within 7 working days following the date of receipt by the Seller of the returned items from the buyer.
